ABOUT US

I have been in residential construction, renovations and repair business since 1986, accumulating experience by doing a wide variety of work. I take pride in ensuring that quality craftsmanship is represented in all the work that I do and that’s why you’ll find me either working alone or closely supervising the work being done. Although I do a wide variety of work, Sheds are my specialty.

UTILITY SHEDS

All sheds are constructed on your site, available with either gable or mansard roof design. The smallest sheds are 8’ W x 8’L or 12’W x 8’L and dimensions in crease in 2 foot increments to the client’s specification.

All sheds include:

• Site preparation: 7/8 minus crushed stone approximately 6” thick extending 1 foot beyond perimeter, 6mm vapor barrier.
• 6” overhang at gable or mansard ends.
• Aluminum soffit and fascia on gable design roof.
• Floor: pressure treated floor joists (2x4 for 8’W sheds and 2x6 for the 12’W sheds), 16” on center, 5/8 pressure treated plywood floor sheathing.
• Wall construction: 2x4’s, 24” on center with 3/8 exterior grade plywood.
• Roof trusses: 24” on center with ½ plywood gussets, trusses nailed down with 5” adrox nails 3/8 exterior grade plywood roof sheathing, drip edge on gable ends, 25 year asphalt shingles.
• One vent on each gable end.
• All galvanized nails

OPTIONS:

• ¾ pressure treated floor sheathing.
• 5’ double door on 8’W shed.
• 6’double wide on 12’W shed.
• 8’ double door on 12’W shed.
• 1” x 3” corner trim.
• Stained or painted.
• Exterior grade “Smart Panels” on exterior walls, 16” on center.
• Concrete floor with 6” x 6” reinforced wire mesh and 6” galvanized anchor bolts.
• Windows.
• Exterior steel entry door.
